I am currently working for IBM Global Services on the Lucent Technologies account as a consultant programmer. The project I'm currently on is working on the billing systems, integrating some client server technologies into the old mainframe processing systems. I've been with IBM since August 1996 when I was outsourced from Lucent to ISSC (an IBM subsidiary, since melded back into IBM proper) For the past 8 years while at Lucent, I was the DBA, interface accounting/billing programmer specialist, for the accounts receivable system. I was also the division disaster recovery coordinator. Many other jobs occupied the other time I spent with 'Ma Bell's organization' since 1968.

Personally, I am married, and live in Marietta, GA. but I'm not a true Southerner. I moved here 10 years ago from St Louis and I'm originally from Chicago. Betty, my wife, and I are active at our church, love to travel, and we enjoy our pets "Lady Mischief" our five year old cocker spaniel and "Phoenix" our two year old cockatiel. Betty is an avid reader and I love fooling around on my computer in my spare time.

I graduated from UOP Online in 1993 with my MBA. I had attended classes since 1990. I remember when we didn't have this slick environment and had to actually change mailboxes on our own when we logged into ALEX using windows Terminal as the modems software. This school sure has grown since I first became involved. This past spring I also took the Certificate in Strategic Management Practices program that was offered.
